The Problem

The data exists — it just never reaches the people who need it

Machines, ERPs, and spreadsheets rarely talk to each other. These are the gaps that quietly cost output.

Data trapped in silos

Machine logs, ERP, and manual spreadsheets never reconcile, so no one sees the true state of production.

Reactive downtime

Failures are discovered after they stop the line. Without sensor visibility, maintenance is firefighting, not prevention.

No real OEE picture

Availability, performance, and quality are tracked by hand and stale by the time anyone acts on them.

Connectivity vs. security

Plants want visibility but can't expose OT control systems. Adding connectivity must not weaken the shop floor.

What We Build

Software that runs the factory floor

Focused capabilities across connectivity, visibility, and automation — delivered as reliable systems, not pilots.

IoT & Machine Connectivity

Collect telemetry from machines and PLCs over MQTT and OPC UA, normalize it at the edge, and stream it to a unified data layer.

Real-Time OEE Dashboards

Live availability, performance, and quality by line, shift, and product — with downtime reasons captured at the source.

Inventory & Production Tracking

Real-time stock, WIP, and traceability with barcode/RFID capture, tied back to orders and material consumption.

Predictive Maintenance

Sensor-based alerts that start with rules and grow into ML anomaly detection — catch wear before it stops the line.

ERP & MES Integration

Two-way sync of orders, BOMs, inventory, and production with SAP, Odoo, and MES platforms — no double entry.

Edge & Cloud Architecture

Hybrid pipelines that buffer at the edge for resilience and aggregate in the cloud for cross-site analytics and reporting.

Security & Integrity

Visibility without opening up the shop floor

Industrial connectivity only works if it respects how plants are run. We design for OT/IT separation, data integrity, and least-privilege access from day one — so you gain insight without new attack surface.

OT / IT security boundaries Data integrity & validation Role-based access control On-prem / edge + cloud hybrid Secure device connectivity

Segmented OT/IT flows

Brokered, one-directional data egress out of the control zone keeps PLCs and SCADA protected.

Authenticated devices

Per-device identity and encrypted transport so only trusted gateways publish telemetry.

Audit & traceability

Immutable event logs and role-based access give you a verifiable record of who changed what.

Runs without the cloud

Edge buffering keeps lines and dashboards working even when the uplink is down.

Integrations & Tech

Built to fit the systems you already run

We connect the layers of your stack — from sensors to ERP — using proven, open protocols.

ERP

SAP, Odoo, and other ERP platforms — orders, BOMs, inventory, and finance kept in sync.

MES

Manufacturing execution systems for work orders, routing, and shop-floor control.

IoT / MQTT

Lightweight pub/sub messaging and OPC UA to stream machine telemetry reliably.

SCADA Data

Ingest SCADA and historian tags for context alongside live machine signals.

Predictive ML

Anomaly detection and remaining-useful-life models on sensor history.

Dashboards

Inventory and production analytics surfaced in real time for every role.

Capability Demonstrations

What this looks like in practice

Representative sample builds that show how we apply this to real plant problems. These are capability demonstrations, not client engagements.

Live OEE Board

Problem: OEE is reconstructed from spreadsheets a shift too late.

Build: MQTT machine feeds into a real-time dashboard with downtime-reason capture.

Outcome: Supervisors see and act on losses while the shift is still running.

Vibration Early Warning

Problem: Bearing failures stop a line without warning.

Build: Sensor ingestion with threshold alerts, then an anomaly-detection model on history.

Outcome: Maintenance is scheduled before failure, not after.

ERP-Synced Inventory

Problem: Shop-floor stock and ERP counts drift apart.

Build: Barcode capture tied to a two-way ERP integration and traceability log.

Outcome: Accurate, auditable inventory without duplicate data entry.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What manufacturing teams ask us before starting an engagement.

Can you integrate with our existing ERP and MES?

Yes. We build connectors to systems like SAP, Odoo, and other ERP/MES platforms using their APIs, message queues, or database views — so production, inventory, and order data stay in sync without disruptive rip-and-replace.

How do you connect to machines and PLCs on the shop floor?

We collect machine telemetry over standard industrial protocols and brokers such as MQTT and OPC UA, optionally via an edge gateway, then normalize and stream it to dashboards and analytics. SCADA/historian data can be ingested in parallel.

How do you keep OT systems secure when adding connectivity?

We respect OT/IT boundaries with segmented networks, one-way or brokered data flows out of the OT zone, device authentication, and least-privilege access. Control systems stay protected while you still gain visibility.

Can this run on-premises or at the edge, not just in the cloud?

Yes. We design hybrid architectures — edge/on-prem collection and buffering for low latency and resilience, with cloud for aggregation, long-term analytics, and cross-site reporting. Plants keep running even if the link drops.

Does predictive maintenance actually need machine learning?

It helps, but we start pragmatically: threshold and rule-based alerts on sensor data first, then layer in ML models for anomaly detection and remaining-useful-life as enough labeled history accumulates. You get value before any model is trained.
