A telemedicine and EHR platform a small clinic can run end to end

MedicoHub is a capability demonstration: a medical appointment and electronic health record platform designed for clinics and telemedicine providers, built to show how we structure role-based, privacy-first healthcare software.

The challenge

Clinics and telemedicine providers juggle scheduling, patient records and virtual visits across disconnected tools. Appointments are slow to book and easy to miss, and every extra tool is another place patient data has to be kept secure.

Our approach

One platform with role-based access, a real-time calendar, virtual consultations and structured EHR records, so a small practice can run end to end without stitching systems together.

What we built

Capabilities that do the work

Real-time scheduling

A real-time calendar for booking and managing appointments.

Virtual consultations

Remote visits sit next to the patient record instead of in a separate tool.

Structured EHR records

Visit notes, history and documents stored against the patient.

Role-based access

Each role sees only what its job needs.

The stack
.NET Core
API and business rules, with authorisation enforced on the server.
React
Responsive web client for staff and patients.
SQL Server
Relational store for appointments, patients and audit history.
Outcomes it was built to move
+42% faster scheduling
-35% no‑show rate
99.9% uptime

Outcome figures are the targets this demonstration was engineered to hit, measured in demo use. MedicoHub is not a live client deployment.
